Privacy policy

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data in relation to Life in Nature (the "Game") and this website. By playing the Game you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

• Account information: when you create an account we collect your character name, your e-mail address and your password. The password itself is never stored: we keep only a salted one-way code made from it, which cannot be turned back into the password.
• Purchases: for in-app or web purchases we store the purchased items, transaction identifiers and purchase history, to deliver the content, prevent fraud, provide support and keep the Game working. For purchases in the credit shop we also record your agreement to immediate delivery (date and time, IP address and the wording you agreed to), as described in the credit shop terms. Purchase data is linked to your account and is not shared with third parties except to process the payment or where the law requires it.
• Device identifiers: we may collect device-related identifiers to secure accounts, prevent fraud and ban evasion, and keep the Game working.
• Gameplay and support data: we analyse gameplay data and support conversations to improve performance, balance and the overall experience.

How we use it

• To provide and maintain the Game: create your account, save your progress and run the multiplayer world.
• To provide support: answer your questions and resolve issues sent through the ticket system, the forum or the contact form.
• For security and safety: prevent cheating, enforce our rules and take disciplinary actions (bans, kicks) against players who violate them.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law (for example a court order), and with the hosting providers that run our servers.

Retention and deletion

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, the account and the personally identifiable information linked to it (name, e-mail address, device identifiers) are deleted from the game server immediately. Server logs and encrypted backups made before the deletion may still contain it; they are kept only for security, are never shared and are not used for anything else. See account deletion.

Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
